Performance Training to Build an Explosive and Powerful Body

Power is the ability to move the body against a given resistance safely in the shortest amount of time possible or a combination of force, energy, and strength. Individuals will learn how to increase their vertical jump, blocking, full body explosiveness, and object striking power through the use of the following resistance and or plyometric training exercises
Power Lifting
Box, Line, and Hurdle Jumps
Resistance Bands
Ladders
Body Weight and Resistance Training
Single and Double Arm and Leg Plyometric Exercises

 


Training for power and explosiveness is a key part of competition.
This can be accomplished through training specific parts of the body
to respond in a quick and efficient way to any outside resistance.
