THE EDGE PERFORMANCE TRAINING specializes in helping individuals, teams and small groups looking to enhance their performance in fitness and health. Our purpose is to provide individuals with the tools necessary to achieve “The Edge” they need to succeed.
Keith has a BS in Sports Medicine from East Carolina University and an Associate’s degree in Physical Education from Becker College. He is also certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association to work specifically with athletes. He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2001 and has experience in high school, college, and professional levels. Keith is a former three sport collegiate athlete, who specializes in performance training for both the scholastic and elite athlete. He also has experience working with entire teams seeking to improve on-field performance.
Keith is one of only few with in the country with a certification from Athlete By Design in Charlotte, NC to use Sports Axiology and the Ready to Play Program, which takes an in-depth look at the mental side of playing, coaching, and parenting.

Bill, a New Milford native, graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1991. He began his career as a Certified Athletic Trainer in Birmingham, Alabama working with Dr. James Andrews, Dr. William Clancy, and Therapist Kevin Wilk. He has worked with all level of athlete (high school, college and professional) and has extensive experience in sports rehabilitation.
Bill is a true educator. He enjoys teaching coaches, parents, and athletes about injury prevention, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and emergency medicine. As an instructor for the American Red Cross, Emergency Medical Services, and the Fire Service, he has the ability to teach to a wide variety of students.
Besides being a co-owner of The EDGE Performance Training, Bill also serves as Director of Sports Medicine. He leverages this position along with his vast experience to help maintain a high level of care for teams, schools, and sports groups throughout the region.
